She has deep expertise across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, total rewards, and employee engagement. Suzanne partners closely with executive leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana University.
