About the role....
 
We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to manage various cross-functional projects. This role will be responsible for developing project plans, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, facilitating project status meetings, and providing project updates. This is an exciting opportunity to be at a fast growing company and play an integral role in Inari’s future.
 
As Project Manager, you will...
 
●Develop project management framework, consisting of governance structure, communication cadence, project timeline, project plan and on-going monitoring of project status reporting and issues log.
●Serve as the project manager for various department level projects..
●For each project:
○Develop a detailed project plan for each phase of the project through input and collaboration with the cross functional teams.
○Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required tasks.
○Coordinate and facilitate project status meetings and have continuous and effective communications with team members.
○Identify issues with timelines or completion of projects ahead of time and work through with team members.
○Escalate project issues, including timing, budget and resources, to the management team.
○Develop cross-organizational business relationships and integrate project activities across teams.
○Validate all documentation and deliverables are complete.
●Support refining and organizing our portfolio of IT tools and vendors through skills including identifying overlap, negotiating pricing, eliminating noise, etc.
●Positively influence the business organizations through the advocacy of project management discipline and motivation for measured progress to the end goals.
 
You Bring...
●Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, or the equivalent

●2-3 years of project experience in similar roles with a proven track record of delivery and executed project coordination / management of the resulting initiatives●Proficiency in standard project management tools●Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
