About The Role...

We are looking for a self-motivated, strategic, detail-oriented HR Program Lead to join our team in Cambridge, MA.  The primary function of this position is to develop a framework for Inari’s overall learning and development strategy and manage multiple HR programs, including onboarding, learning and development, talent management, engagement and recognition. The right candidate will have a background with training, onboarding and engagement programs and be well-organized, detail oriented, flexible, and deadline conscious.

As an HR Program Lead you will….

  • Develop the overall Talent, Learning/Development, and Engagement strategies and identify supporting systems and tools for Inari’s overall talent optimization framework. 
  • Refine and enhance Inari’s engagement strategy and recommend engagement initiatives to enrich the employee experience; develop and oversee the implementation of these initiatives.
  • Create business-focused, impactful talent management processes, including – but not limited to – onboarding, goal-setting, feedback processes, talent reviews, and individual development & succession planning.
  • Own the Inari onboarding program; recommend enhancements to process and/or content in conjunction with the business and track employee progress throughout the employment life-cycle. 
  • Manage employee learning and development programs and build out future offerings; engage vendors as appropriate in order to execute plans. 
  • Build an employee mentoring and buddy program; refine and evolve the program as company grows.
  • Facilitation of onboarding, training, talent reviews, leadership development, and/or employee focus groups.
  • Partner with vendors to execute HR programs related to talent management and recognition; maintain positive relationships
  • Oversee the reward & recognition programs; track participation and recommend process and content enhancements
  • Manage the HR integrated calendar to ensure function-wide projects are on track and on time
  • Support various employee activities committees and be an active member of the diversity and inclusion council

You bring...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or other related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of HR experience with a focus in talent management, and/or general HR project/program management work.
  • Experience with talent, learning/development, and engagement initiatives such as goal-setting, talent reviews, succession planning, training & development, mentoring design, onboarding, and reward/recognition program development & deployment.
  • Strong project, process, and time management abilities with proven ability to plan, implement, and maintain organizational-wide programs.
  • Adept at influencing – whether senior, mid-level, or individual contributor level – team members, in particular as it relates to consensus with respect to the key processes.
  • Demonstrated capability of managing vendor relationships and determining the appropriate support needed to properly execute internal HR programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Flexibility to adjust plans and approaches based on evolving needs and business requirements.
  • An ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within the HR team and other departments across the company.

  • Experience with a biotechnology or life sciences firm
